That sounds like a line of BS if I've ever heard one.

The "non recruiting event" that lead to 3 commits either during or less than 24 hours after.

Looks like we land Waddle (this one was obvious) and Brown (thought y'all had a chance). Sorry Ags, not quite there yet.

If Bama gets Waddle and Brown, I'll gladly give TAMU Jackson and not think twice. Take that trade all day, every day.

Is it a trade. Because the way I see it is 2 guys committed to Bam and 1 free agent. We had a shite season, fired our coach, and hired a new guy without the relationships. We're playing with house money in this deal.

Tim Watts put a CB in for Waddle to Alabama.

3 Texas boys and none of them are signed. So technically they are all very much still "free agents." Add the fact that in recent days TAMU mods have been predicting 2 or in some cases all 3 to end up at TAMU. Yep, Bama getting the two big-dogs of the bunch would definitely be a big win for the guys in crimson. No question.

That's usually solid gold. Good news.

I would say 1 "big dog" and 2 slightly less "bigish dogs".

Yep, I think it’s waddle to bama. 90% confident on that.

Waddle is definitely a big-dog. Even a 5-star on some sites. Brown is a top 200 player, consensus 4-star and has a who's who list of offers. That's pretty big-dog. Jackson is a 3-star on some sites, borderline 4 on others. Solid dude, but not big-dog status in my mind. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have him...he just isn't on the Waddle/Brown level whom I believe will come in and play from day 1 wherever they sign.

I think Jackson is an istant impact at A&M. Waddle obviously is. Brown may or may not be.

I’ll be interested to see if Jackson actually stays as a RB like some have said. If so I don’t see it unless maybe he’s a FB. I would much rather see him on defense where he could absolutely get some early PT especially at LB. Waddle is an electric athlete and would have loved to land him, but with the WRs we are in on for 19 I am not too concerned

I see him seeing the field day one as a short yardage back. Williams can’t do it. Bussey runs hard but is too small. It’s him or Jacob and Jacob is not nearly as big as Jackson.

We will probably steal Porter from Arizona if we miss(which is mostly likely) on waddle.

Isn't near as good but still a decent WR.

Yeah if we do then we must like him, because that’s the absolute last position we would take someone just for numbers.
