The irony here is this doesn't help the situation at all. If you're one of these kids you probably already seen through the fakeness. They already know these people will kiss their arse until the moment they don't pick their University so they know it isn't genuine.
If they do want to pick another University, instead of letting Miles staff know so he can move on to other targets they'll drag them along to avoid the fakeness turning into anger and attacks like it did with Cam Rob.
That is the precedent which is being set up. The fallout will be in future when this season or next players they think will go to their University wait till the end to say "I want to go somewhere else", because had they said it earlier they'd be getting attacked. This way they avoid it.

I call out and laugh at my own team's fan cult worship no differently than I laugh at crazies like you who spazz out about every top LA recruit. I am not one of those who feels players are property as an ex-player myself that repulses me. I won't wish ill on Jameis Winston or anybody who chooses not to go to my school because it is their choice just like I was able to have mine.
They aren't property, they are people; ones who have earned the right to choose. You and your state doesn't own them and the fact you bash them the second they choose another only proves how fake that stuff truly is.
Do you bash your crazies or that craziness? Nope, you don't. In fact you get defensive. You see that is being a hypocrite.
