I coached Justin for several years. He has a very high motor and attacks the ball carrier at great angles. He's definitely a top football player in this class. Deserving of his rating.

The only appreciable difference between Athens, Tuscaloosa and Baton Rouge with student athletes and speeding is the police in Athens aren’t in the back pockets of the athletics dept and head coach.

If you think LSU owns BRPD, bless your heart.

BRPD doesn't even own itself.

I was born in Baton Rouge and went back for a few years as an adult. I agree with you, and on top of that, there are no places (other than I-10, maybe) that you can go fast on Baton Rouge roads that I am aware of.

Airline Highway? Nope. Definitely not. Too much traffic.
I am not much of a Baton Rouge fan, but that is one advantage BTR has.

but definitely not a high 4 star to 5 star player

I know this is going to go in one ear and out the other but quick twitch elite athletes don't grow on trees and will always be rated at the very upper echelon of recruiting even if they have flaws because college coaches will teach these young men how to play and then they become the very best and get drafted. You can take a guy that has a 150 tackles , makes every play, has perfect technique, but in the end is a 3 star because he runs 4.7 and he's basically tapped out as a recruit and yeah he will be a solid player for his team and give you very solid play but he will never be able to do what the quick twitch elite athlete will do and thats why hes above everyone else. You can't teach 4.4 speed with athletism that is off the charts. Sorry my guy - Just my 2cents.
