The LB from Oak Ridge UGA lean, I watched a lot of film and I'm seeing a good player but definitely not a high 4 star to 5 star player. What are your guys thoughts?

If he was an LSU lean, your film review would yield different results. Those are my thoughts

No buddy not bias at all, I've stated many times that Trey holly LSU 2023 commit will never play at Lsu.

Sometimes they don’t work out. Our ILB room is stacked though so he’ll have to be special to play.

So LSU fanboy doesn’t like the way Justin Williams looks on the 2 minutes of tape he watched.
Meanwhile the pre-imminent university for ILBs with the best ILB coach in the country for the best defense in the country has made him a priority.

There's a little difference in saying a 3* won't play at LSU, though, don't you think?
I mean Williams is the #16 ranked player in the country and #2 LB.
But, to answer the OP's question...people who study film more than I do have come away saying he is a top guy. Our coaches say he is a top guy. I am no expert, but what I saw was a very strong kid that once he got his hands on a ball carrier he went down. He seemed to diagnose a play quickly and react.
He was fast and exploded into the hole.
The problem with looking at Highlights is they are highlights. To see what coaches see we would have to look at a lot of his film and not just the film hand picked to show off his top plays. However, what I saw looked good.

Never said he's trash, I said his not as elite as his ranking dictates. He's low 4 star at best. I watched his whole team for over a year, I believe thier RB Frankie Arthur is underrated he's easily top 5 in the state. But the D-linemen yall already got and willams really are not the top players like thier rankings suggest.

We will see. UGA has developed almost every ILB that has come there way in last 5 years

They have full games on YouTube and I've watched the WHOLE team live several times. He's not consistent, just a great athlete running around, takes bad angles and does not show up against prime time competition. 5 stars players are suppose to jump out on film,live,highlights whatever I'm not seeing it.Big time looks like Tarzan but plays like Jane syndrome.

My thought is our LBs under Kirby have been lights out for a while, and if Kirby wants him, I trust his decision. I haven't worried about recruiting in a long time. It's a great feeling!
