sounds like he was just regurgitating Jones' bullshite to me

"The difference is the atmosphere is a lot more … it's just a better atmosphere and it wasn't like going through the motions of just doing things," said Malone, the state's second-ranked player with an offer list crowding 40. "They're doing things the right way."
More bullshite?

I'm just bringing news to the Josh Malone thread, isn't this where it belongs?
Butch also took Malone out for a boat ride by the Vol navy.

"It was great. That was a good little set up," Malone said of the boat outing. "They had a Playstation 3 and we were just hanging around getting to know recruits and coaches." "It was really just a good experience," Malone explained. "We went to the business school up there, which was real impressive too."

A Playstation 3??? That is big time.
again, sounds like normal recruit speak to me.

No, big time would be riding on Butch's boat. I look forward to reading your opinion when Malone commits to VOLS.

Malone will be announcing Dec. 4th and plans to EE. Finalists are Tennessee, Georgia and Clemson.

To add on, he'll take visits to FSU and UF, but Rivals thinks those are longshots due to distance. It'll be between UT and UGA.
Clemson is only there because of Watson, and Malone is too smart to pick a school because of 1 incoming prospect.
Yeah I'm a Vol fan, so I guess that takes away from my prediction, but I'm going with UT here as of now. He is tight with Barnett and Gaulden, who are both Vols. Grabbing Mosely from Brighton won't hurt either. With all those guys, UT will have all the top players in the state except for Alex Bars, who is an ND legacy and wasn't going anywhere in the south. I think Malone wants to be apart of repping his state at the home school with all the other elite TN kids. Seeing an undermanned UT team come back in the 2nd half and take UGA into OT showed him that Jones' coaching works when the players trust his system, and Neyland was rocking that night. The fact that he set up the announcement the week he visited Knox makes me think UT as well. And then there's this tweet from 2015 Nashville CB Elias Cane after Barnett committed...

I think Malone is going to go to UT too

it certainly seems we're in the driver's seat.
Malone, North, Croom, and Pig will be a nasty 4 wide set, all underclassmen too.

I agree. Malone was talking about bringing Tennessee back and everything that the rest of the instate commits talk about. Never heard Malone say much about that until he visited for the UT/UGA game. He has certainly changed his tune in the last couple of months.

That's 3 very big and talented targets at WR. Would be extremely hard to cover in a 4 wide set with Pig in the slot and moving around all over the place.

Paul Harris is 6'4" too, he's a RS this year.
Ryan Jenkins will be a solid #2 in the slot behind Pig as well. Pretty sure he RS'd too.

Are we planning on Worley throwing to them next year?
Posted on 10/21/13 at 9:19 am to NukemVol
shite, good question. I'm torn on it, but if that's how tButcher feels like gives us the best chance then i'm with it. One of those 2 freshmen is going to be a star with a full season and off season under their belt.

I don't think there's any question Worley is the starter next season.
The article does state we are trying to flip a few QBs right now. If we take one, he's currently committed to another school.
