Chubb and Swift last year. Look he asked me a question and I answered it. If you don't like the answer, then don't ask the question. 300 carries in a year is a lot in the SEC.
All we heard for LSU fans is that Fournette was not healthy his senior year.
You tell us. 300 carries one year and not healthy the next year. Was he run into the ground?

No. He suffered a high ankle sprain in fall camp before his junior year and never fully healed because he kept trying to play through it.

Gotcha. But, 300 carries in one year in the SEC is a clear recipe for disaster. Look, I have nothing against LSU. I was brought up a LSU fan and was born in Baton Rouge at Baton Rouge General.
The only reason I bring up Fournett carrying the ball 300 times in a season is because a LSU fan said Georgia runs their backs into the ground. It takes about 5 minutes for somebody to see our backs typically carry the ball around 180 times in a season at most.

To be fair that was Les’ promise to LF when he recruited him and we all know how hard headed Les is.
