Who will transfer out.
I think I remember predicting SW would before his career is over.

Glad he had a landing spot after we moved on

Glad your coaches were dumb enough to move on

No one ever accused your coaches of being smart, but thanks

Nice to see him find somewhere he can play. Best of luck to Jarrett

This is really exciting news.
At the minimum, I now feel we will have some option to make a forward throw if the starter is out --- and that is a nice change.

We had no choice, you saw what happened last year with qb's. As much as Stidham wanted to be here, promises had been made to other kids and espn would of crucified us if Sumlin would have said yes to him.
Stidham has promise, good luck with him

Lesson to be learned: Quit promising every QB, he'll be the only QB at A&M

That's not how it went but qb's do love drama

Sumlin seems to be making the choice to go for someone he sees as the future, I guess.
My only question is will he still be the coach for that future if next season is like this one?

That's exactly what you promised Mond to keep him from Auburn. Bit you in the butt

That's his big gamble. If he would have said yes to Stidham he possibly could have lost 2 qb's for the future plus all the bad press that would have followed after last years qb mess. BUT by saying no to Stidham he has to pray he sees 9-3 at least next year or keeping those 2 qb's is meaningless to him

We are taking 2 this year, we told both we weren't getting a third. But I'm sure Stidham was quite the temptation
