LOL! Saban invented the negative recruiting tactic. Bama fans are an insecure bunch. Why I have no idea.
As for the #1 class, not I if Evans winds up elsewhere. It would be hilarious to watch LSU fans backtrack if he ends up there after all the shite they said about him and UGA accepting him.

Is this a common thing with Kirby? Heard a lot about negative recruiting from UGA this recruiting cycle (J. Burton, Van Pran, etc.).

I realize education is not big at LSU, but you can be that dumb. Every coach uses it to their advantage.

I'm not sure about this. There have been many interviews with recruits and families where they say Orgeron never mentions any of the other teams going after the recruit.
Honestly, I'm not sure if I think this is even a good thing. I think it's cost us several recruits.

I've seen a lot of recruits' quotes saying that Alabama's coaches never talked to them about other schools. I know that's Saban's policy that he wants his staff to follow.
