Only two, you say?

quote:

After being a top-three performer on Day One, Leal was named the top overall player on Day Two as the two teamss had individual practices and then a combined one on Wednesday. 247Sports' Barton Simmons raved about Leal following the day's action.

Leal actually supports my argument because Texas was 100% in on Leal since last January.
Same with Cupp.

I am not going to say Cupp is not the best TE in the country like some because Texas wanted Cupp as well.

The rest of A&M's recruits I can't say the same.

aggy just has to understand that Herman and his staff are way better evaluators.

Look at their #1 slot WR last year.
Rondale Moore. No one was as high on Moore as Texas.

Herman took the L on Green, Leal, Cupp, Wright, Brown, Williams, Richardson, Young, & probably more I’m not remembering off the top of my head.

Don’t act like it’s anything else than what it is. Jimbo has won more often than not head to head.

I'll let you live your illusion.

Only players you mentioned that were #1 players at the position are Leal and Cupp.

You can easily prove this to be correct because those are the players that Texas still recruited after their commitment.
Leal more than Cupp.

Wright?

You don't even know the story behind why Wright committed to aggy.

Because he likes winning. Y’all melted like bitches when he committed. Don’t deny it.

Then you find out Jimbo doesn't develop WRs.
Put only 1 big time WR in the NFL and only has had 3 drafted.

Demas is the only WR that has committed to aggy that Texas wants and still wants.
Playing with Hunter Dunn I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up in Austin in 2020.

If you want a true assessment.

Jimbo is in you face and tries to lock everyone up early.
This works sometimes and other times it does not.

Herman wants the process to drag out so he can make the evaluations and make sure he gets the #1 player.

That is hard to do when Jimbo is opening the doors and trying to get everyone to commit early.

Both have their flaws and strengths.

I think the issue for Jimbo is if Herman can wait and cherry pick at the end.

You think Bru McCoy will say anything if that was true.

You are just throwing unprovable things out there.

Even if he did. Deal with it. It is college football.

Just unsubstantiated rumors that cannot be proven.
Funny how aggy was trying to push that on SC.

USC will not damage their relationship with Mater Dei.

Reason why SC released him the minute he asked.

Prove something
Until then. You are talking out of your arse.

USC is the victim. They have to say Texas tampered with one of their players.

SC won't push that agenda. Mainly because Texas isn't going to drag USC through the mud to get McCoy eligible.

Texas could easily drag USC through the mud

More than that MD has control at USC because Bruce Rollinson sends them players.
But.... Rollinson is a smart man and he knows the PAC 12 is on the death bed.
Reason why you will see MD develop closer relationships with schools outside of their geographical area.

He doesn’t. He sure likes to act like it though.

Remember offers don’t matter.

What about the reality of both LSU and Texas finishing with better recruiting classes

Jimbo's first year bump has fizzled out it seems.
A&M may not even Finish in the Top 5 this year.
