Schools going to the NCAA - I'm not going to name these because some are still being considered by Evans and his agent (brother)
USC could not block McCoy because they can't burn the bridge at his high school, which they recruit a ton. They are, however, going to the NCAA to report Texas for tampering. Several other schools apparently have dirt on Herman as well, so the NCAA will "look into it". Also, McCoy had assurances that he would get a waiver, and the school would make certain of it. All while McCoy was enrolled to take classes at USC
