Wilson is an Ohio kid in heart, transferred to Texas.
Too much talent to keep them all, but Texas & A&M have rarely/if ever had top 10 classes in the same year. I don't see either Herman or Jimbo being anything less than consistent top classes and the math says raiding Texas will be tough in the future.

Wilson never wanted to go to Texas - as he said, they just waste talent, and his ultimate goal is the NFL.

Urban Meyer was a great recruiter
Tom Herman helped him create that narrative when they recruited Texas.
Have to tip your cap at Ohio St.
But funny thing is aggy could rather see that kid at Ohio St than at a Texas school.

Whittington is awesome, no argument. I'll question Owens, and somehow he was overlooked playing in Plano? That argument doesn't hold water at all, and sounds pretty ridiculous
Also, you cannot deny that it was an "unusually" large amount of Texas commits that received some kind of bump, here. To move from 9 to 4 without adding a single commit is crazy. Then Texas moved from 4 to 3 due to some new rule to allow a transfer because the Texas mods promised their customers they would make sure it happened
It's crooked. Really, really crooked

I agree
He made a few statements that I believe Urban Meyer told him to say
It is actually brilliant.
Meyer was using these Texas recruits to undermine Texas and not aggy
Meyer didn't care about aggy at all....
Shows you the outside perspective of schools in Texas.

I'd rather see him successful, which probably isn't going to happen at Texas. Texas and A&M both have been rightfully accused of wasting talent before. I don't blame any kid that leaves for that reason. None of them actually really improve while on campus.
I feel comfortable with Fisher being able to actually develop what he has. Something A&M hasn't had

Fisher has been horrible for WRs.
One of the reasons I don't think Demas sticks.
Florida St had a lot of 5 star WRs turn bust.
But...I'll let you believe your narrative.

Demas will stick. And Craig has been excellent with WR's. What, you actually think Demas will go to Texas? Nope, your incessant bagging on A&M and SEC took care of that.
Thank your moronic coach for us!

Must....not...up vote...oh what the hell, it's spot on.
Well said.

Just like Shepherd is not going to make it to Austin.
If Shepherd is in Austin this weekend I will think that Demas' recruitment is wide open.
I have already said the Footwork King's relationship with Brian Hartline is what to watch out for.

For the first time in history Texas and Texas a&m will have a chance to both finish in the top 5 in recruiting. No other state can make that claim not even Florida.

Demas isn't going to Texas. I know instead most A&M fans are worried about legit competition such as Bama and the like. Demas was recently burning Texas gloves he got on a visit on social media, just FYI. Honestly, nobody knows what Shepard will do, and he likes it that way ...
And Daron, Florida has had that happen before as shown in another thread. But, A&M hasn't had a recruiting class this good in quite awhile. And they have real coaching to go with it!

Most Texas fans respect Jimbo. Don't let the internet fool you.

That's because it takes Intelligence to graduate from the school. It's your t-shirt fanbase that is annoying, and makes you guys look stupid.
I have a lot of friends that graduated from Texas. It's undeniably a good school

Can we get the link of Demas' burning his gloves...

Clearly, that's why Kendrick Rogers and Quartney Davis, who had fewer than 5 catches between them playing for Kevin Sumlin, had 72 catches and 12 touchdowns under Fisher. That's why a no-name tight end who couldn't cut it at Kansas had 10 TD catches and nearly 1,000 yards under Fisher.

Saw the statement in a recruiting chat, several times. I would like to see the video as well - and am looking for something further. My guess is it was private through something like Snapchat or the like? I'm not that well-versed on social media.
I'd still expect to see Demas in Austin for the LSU game, but this is one recruitment that A&M fans are not worried about the instate competition . Worried about Bama, Clemson, etc ...
Also, I wouldn't listen to that dumbass EJ - he has basically zero sources, and is an embarrassment to recruiting services

But Taylor Hamm is not....
Posted on 1/30/19 at 1:47 pm to Montgomery Hill
Taylor Hamm was fired from 247 and is the laughingstock of almost every Aggie online.
As for Fatty McChinpubes, both he and Hamm would be far more useful to the world as fertilizer than they are now.
