I didn’t type "in the country" for a reason.

Nigerian Rugby player from Ireland.

4.8 forty, 38" vertical, 9'10" broad jump, 10" hands, 86" wingspan.

6'9" 315 pds ... Blocking TE/OT

Recruited and offered by Miami, Tennessee, Georgia, , TCU, some B1G schools, etc.

Neff Giwa is his name.

NY Times and AP calling him "The Hottest College Football Prospect In The World."

Anyways ... we shall see, I guess.

ETA: Before you ask ... 20 years of age.

literally the only reason why I opened this thread is that I figured it would be either a gymnast or a swimmer.

Quote:(From article above.)

Miami was the first to offer Giwa a scholarship, with head coach Mario Cristobal reaching out after seeing the now-viral video on social media. Since then, a host of major programmes have followed suit, with Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Texas Tech and SMU among the schools to make offers, while interest has also come from the likes of Michigan, Clemson and Kentucky during recent campus visits.

The NY Times (The Athletic) article claims Michigan, Michigan State, and Clemson also offered and Ohio State asked him to visit before he committed to SC today.

Wow. You really think so?

Gee, thanks!

Wait, ummmm ... where did anyone claim that this kid would "change the program?" Or, did you just make that up?

Lemme see, where's that hard fast rule ... oh yeah, here it is:

"There shall be absolutely no shite posting, flamming, or trolling allowed on the SEC Recruiting Board."

Not my words. Literally the words (headlines) of two different news sources.

You do understand the difference between "OP" and sourced "Headlines," do you not?

Nevermind, that's okay. It's all good. It's par for the course.
