Where'd you read that? Pretty sure coaches can't call recruits during the dead period.

During a dead period a college coach may not have face-to-face contact with college-bound student-athletes or their parents, and may not watch student-athletes compete or visit their high schools. Coaches may write and telephone student-athletes or their parents during a dead period.

Same amount of times you cry about it. You're pathetic.

I read it here, but on my phone. This may be for basketball or old. Under what is a dead period?

I'm starting to think its a typo though, figures the NCAA can't even get their rules straight. I was with you guys, I didn't think coaches could contact players, but players could contact coaches.

Less than LSU fans, that's what's pathetic.

It's the truth that hurts, not the words.

I wonder how Hootie's high school team progressing through the playoffs will affect his OVs. Will he really have time?

4A state championship is on the 14th and Neville is one of the top teams in 4A, especially sine LHSA changed the playoff format. If they get that far, I don't see him visiting anywhere. There have also been rumors that he's visit to the A&M game is now an unofficial and he plans to visit both Bama and LSU after his announcement. Apparently the reason he changed his announcement date was because his school is closed that day for Thanksgiving and he wanted to do it at Neville. I'm going to say I doubt he visits anywhere after his announcement.

I think you are probably right. I bet his decision is made and the talk of the OVs may be just to keep the coaches happy.

I just recently started frequenting this site again, and I think I've seen you make a comment about Bama fans getting their self worth from the football team in just about every single thread I've read on here. I know I shouldn't say this about an LSU fan, but I kind of feel sorry for you

So he went on his LSU OV

Most every Bama person still likes our chances so much even after...to the point if predicting him as our next commit

Any LSU news? New predictions? Anything?
