I used to read your post with a modicum of respect now I just laugh it off. You have gotten pretty bad lately, especially on the recruiting boards. LF will not be at Bama and I would put a CNOTE on it

You have to love every recruit both teams are recruiting are all Bama locks... it's truly comical.
Who called LF a Bama lock?

Better than the lsu ones

He is neither
People who are delusional enough to think he isn't considering Bama can only see a top tier guy at St Aug going to LSU and that is the problem with that notion of him being an LSU lock
But here's the thing, he wants to be THE MAN at the school he goes to. He wants to be the undisputed No.1 back from Day 1. LSU has set it up perfectly for him to come in and start immediately. Alabama on the other hand, will still have Yeldon,Drake,Henry,Jones,Kamara,Scarborough,Hart,Tenpenny and Fowler to contend with for playing time. At LSU he'd have to compete with Magee and Sione. I'd put Bama's chances at getting LF at less than 10%.

Ridley is better than every Bama back in the NFL.

Lol. Ridley has been replaced by Lagarrette Blount.

This is so funny I never said LF was a lock at either school...now I'm getting flamed for just "suggesting" another team is still in the running
WOOOW didn't think some of you would get this bad and its only October

At least he isn't Trent or Ingram. Ingram doesn't even get snaps anymore. And as much as I hated it, Ridley ran for two TDs and 96 yards against my Saints yesterday. Lacy and Ridley have had really similar seasons actually. The Packers have a much better O-line though.

They've had 3 different backs run for over 100 yards in the last 4 weeks. Bama's RBs haven't panned out in the league. Not Saban's or Bama's fault.

And Ridley had one good year and is now looking like the average back that he is without the dynamic passing attack.
Richardson is out gaining Ridley this year btw
Lacy has as many yards as Ridley and sat out a game
Lacy, Richardson, Ingram, and Le'ron Mcclain all make more money than Ridley

Trent's still learning the Colts PB
Lacy will be great in GB I just hope he stays healthy
Ridley is a pretty good RB in his own right but you also have to consider that Woodhead had success as did a couple other backs at times it seems to be plug and play but he definitely has skill

He is viewed as a 100% lock because they can't wrap their head around the alternative without their mind caving in on itself.
He's viewed as a lock because our coaching staff has given zero indication of being worried and shopping for a backup plan. The only other serious RB prospect is a change of pace guy like Boo and he's committed elsewhere.
Yes, it's really hard for LSU fans to think about LF not being a lock, because this isn't a normal 5-star situation. LF going elsewhere would mean he trolled our coaches completely for over a year, they are idiots who couldn't see it coming, and we have zero depth at RB.
Say what you want about Les, but this type of thing is his strength as a coach and there's no way we go down this road if he doesn't believe 100% that LF enrolls at LSU. Everyone who meets the kid goes on and on about how humble and grounded he is, so most assume if he were truly undecided he would at least give Les and Frank notice and they wouldn't be acting so sure.
I can see how the Bama coaches not giving up makes some think that it's still a battle, and hell it could be for all we know. But IMO it's just a situation of them not having a lot to lose picking up the phone and calling him.

So let me ask you this since I respect your opinion
Lets say in a totally different universe LF was the same caliber phenomenal RB at Helix HS in La Mesa Cali
Reggie Bush and Alex Smith both went there
Ok so lets also say he had a lot of respect because of that fact for USCw and visited since it was close and a great trip etc
Would you still feel as confident?

If we were trying to pull him from across the country but the coaches still seemed sure I'd be scratching my head. I don't think the coaches would be all in like this if there were legit concerns like that though after Kiel. LF has been vocal about family so distance is another positive for LSU.

Fair enough
I agree he seems very pro-family and values his connections
Another reason why Im not willing to say Bama should or has given up

Bama backs are busts just like their O-linemen.Can't get away with holding every down in the NFL.

Trent Richardson was a bust last night and aided the Colts in losing to the Chargers.
