Trooper is saying Auburn should have a good day based on his time out recruiting the last couple of weeks.

I read that and it actually seemed to lack a little confidence for TT. He usually is cocky about it, but he said something like "These are 17-18 year old kids, so you never know".

Sounding like some hits and some misses.

After looking back through our past two classes, we have sucked arse as far as LBs go. Holland and White are the only two that are playing.

Yep, what's up with that?

Holland doesn't seem like SEC quality to me.(don't know the White guy).

I've watched the Mckinzy guy you're getting play and I think he will be a good one. Is Mckinzy playing ILB or OLB? He looks like he could play inside and you need big help there.

Still can't understand why you wouldn't offer B Brown to play LB.

I'm hoping Landrum is able to take over in the middle and Frost is what we all hope he is.

I don't know anything about Landrum, but I know Frost was highly thought of. Is Frost going to play in the middle or outside?

I heard he had a handler, so we backed of recruitment months ago.

Outside.

We really need an SEC-level MLB. BAD.

And according to my sources, coaches are visiting with him now based on my cousin who lives in the tree next to his house.

Justin Garrett played as well.

Didn't help that Owens couldn't make the transition to OLB, Frost got injured in fall practices, and Landrum was coming off a broken leg/ankle less than a year before fall practices started.

Agree, I don't see Holland being that guy.

Landrum is listed at 6'3 235 so he actually has the size to be a MLB, but I'm not sure on his speed. He can't be worse at filling a hole than Holland.

Kwon is OLB all the way.

He doesn't seem like he would fit our D.

Really?

I'd rather see Frost in the middle. That doesn't make sense to me.

Kwon is an OLB. Speed is the name of his game. If he can get his pass coverage down he could be very good.

This. Dude seems competent in pass coverage, but can't play the run for shite.

'Course, maybe BVG & Co. can do something about that. If there's one thing I've learned over the past three years, it's that the Roof regime (sans Rocker) were experts in regressing player talent.

From everything I heard during the season, they were working Frost at OLB. I want his athleticism on the edge but I also want him in the middle making calls. He seems like he has a very high football IQ.
