I would hope he is underrated as the 1003 ranked recruit.

Citizen and Rhym (from Georgia, but LSU commit) probably. I think I heard Citizen was signing in February, though. That might be a problem for y'all ending up with him once our staff issues are settled and giving Wilson and Kelly more time to work.
