Sometimes these dudes are head cases and flop hard. Let him stay with Cristobal, man that Miami team is going to have it rough. Wouldn’t be shocked if they have a nice exodus of recruits when they realize what they’ve gotten themselves into.

The NCAA requires a player to have already taken it to be able to take an OV. I guess he could be retaking but if these schools are bringing you in to OV it means you have already qualified to get in to that school. So not sure why he would need to retake it especially if he an EE.
