quote:sure would have, and yet we didn't flip our shite when he left, was more like 'oh well'. Both bama and auburn are used to losing big instate guys, especially to each other. Georgia and Florida sure are, and up till recently every good player from south Carolina went elsewhere. Mississippi schools have to share instate recruits, pretty much every team in the league is used to losing instate kids. Only lsu melts
I know they'd love to have Winston

Like I said in that other thread, you have no idea what a meltdown is if you think this is one.

How would we know.....we get banned on that shitty Bama site.
Your fanbase is the worst on taking this shite too seriously and it's not even close. Just makes you wonder what you guys have to do to have this success.

Says the fan of a team that has had multiple threads about how Cam is no longer welcome in the state of Louisiana.

Says the fan of the team with the fans that actually went to jail for killing an historic campus landmark of his rival and another for flopping his junk on another dude's face.

Y'all got lucky. C-Rob must read the message boards, because he certainly took pity on you. By completely telegraphing his decision, he allowed LSU fans to spread their five stages of grief over the space of months rather than forcing you to super-concentrating the first four stages over the space of 12 hours. Would that all top recruits had that much human decency.

Care to link these multiple threads? I'll wait.
Or is this just Trey spewing BS again?
LSU will have a better class than Bama when it's all said and done, no need for us to melt.

They've forgotten Reuben Foster so quickly when he once committed to AU.

Y'all are both wrong. The most insane fanbase in the SEC is Arkansas, and it's not even close.

you my friend are delusional if you think the way lsu fans treat losing an instate player is remotely normal even when compared to other rabid fanbases.

It's quite simple, really. We hired a guy who had never been at any one job more than 5 years, who had never had consecutive 10 win seasons, but had a relentless approach to game preparation and recruiting. We then paired him with one of the top 3 programs in college football history. the result has been that said coach rose to the challenge of living up to the expectations at said top 3 program. he worked smarter, evolved his plan and approach, and saw greater results than he'd ever reached before.
