While I like Watts, this is not really new information. Thomas always planned to take his visits before making a final decision. LSU and Bama have always been the two schools.

True. Tim is saying the recent buzz that LSU had taken the lead and Thomas might commit to LSU before the dead period is lifted (allowing visits) was inaccurate. As of now, the dead period continues through Aug 31.

Gotcha, this wasn't a knock against you. I just didn't get Tim's update because I thought this was the plan all along.
