Weagle, we used a scholarship spot on Zeke and he couldn't get his act together and was a failure. Do you really think if he was going to be a big producer they would have let him go so easily? Common sense my friend.

I am not arguing at all about that. I will take either as I will leave it up to the coaches of who they want. I am just sharing that we have had failures at both.
Of course we've had failures at both. Everybody has. But burned by more Dual threat guys recently than Pro style. Neil is really the only bust I can think of for Pro style.

So do you feel that if Malzahn wants Brandon over White he doesn't know what he is doing and making a big mistake?

Yes because our last staff was definitely known for recognizing talent at QB.

I don't know who he wants. We'll see pretty soon. Neither will be a big mistake. I'm telling you why I would rather go with White.
Do you want the QB that can run and has a little bit stronger arm? Or do you want the QB that's really accurate and has the intangibles with a slight mobile ability.

Did you forget who the OC was when he committed on 4/11/2011?

I want who the coaches want. I want Watson, but we won't get him.

What does that have to do with your argument? You're saying if he was any good he wouldn't have got kicked off the team. Who was OC when he got kicked off?

Who recruited and chose Frazier? Other than Cam what dual threat QB has Malzahn developed? He had tremendous success with Cam but the rest of his QB's at Arkansas, Tulsa and Arky State have not been dual threat. Those QB's at those three schools were pretty good and more similiar to S. White. I keep hearing about Harris not being very accurate. This scares me and brings back memories of the last couple of seasons.

Nothing to do with my argument. I am responding to a specific post you made that also would include the current staff. You alluded that Zeke was a mistake because the last staff couldn't evaluate talent. I simply reminded you that it was Malzahn who helped recruit Zeke and was the OC when he committed. Let's not change the discussion.
Yes Loeffler was OC when he let Zeke was let go. who was a more pro style OC and if Zeke had any real talent would not have been let go so easy.

You two are trying to sell me on White and that is not necessary. I have already stated plenty on my feelings about White. I realize we have had big DT failures. I was only trying to say we have had failures at both and shouldn't be the only reason we want a pro style QB.

Not from what I've seen.

Analysts that have seen Harris in person have said he has one of if not the strongest arm in the class. White has an average arm

Oh look, 2 Auburn insiders and another national scout changed their crystal ball picks to LSU this morning.
They must not know what you know, bro!!!

Please don't even acknowledge "Buccwildbammer"
Did anybody really think Harris was going anywhere but LSU once he got the offer? I mean seriously think he was going somewhere else?

Also your boy CRob is staying for the whole camp at LSU supposedly. Every day it is looking better and better for the home team.

Bucc, you're going to have some serious egg on your face if Harris chooses LSU. Not that your credibility here has ever been that important to you, but still...stop pretending like you know anything about Harris' situation. This is bad even for you.
Though it does say something about which team you fear when you are wishfully thinking about prospects choosing AU instead of LSU. Get us out your head, bro.
