He's a butt hurt georgia fan cause Sexton is from Georgia and he didn't even give them the time of day, much less go there. It took mr awhile to figure it out, cause this was the only post he complained about.

Man don't respond to them...let them go and make another thread about AU basketball if they want to talk about it

If you don't want anyone else to make cordial comments, then you should've put this on the Bama board. Bowl didn't come in here trying to start anything. You were the one acting like an asshat.

I think AU is an NIT team, maybe play-in game. Pearl said the postseason is the expectation this year. This is the most talented Auburn team since at least 2003, and the first time since Pearl has been here that we have D-1 quality depth.
Auburn Scholarship Roster
Bold indicates projected starter
0 - F/C Horace Spencer (SO 6'8 220) 4*
1 - PG Jared Harper (FR 5'10 165)4*
2 - SG Bryce Brown (SO 6'3 195) 4*
3 - SF/PF Danjel Purifoy (rFR 6'7 230) 4*
4 - SG TJ Dunans (SR 6'5 174) 4*, #1 JUCO
5 - SG Mustapha Heron (FR 6'5 215) 5*
12 - F/C LaRon Smith (SR 6'8 215) grad transfer
23 - G/F TJ Lang (JR 6'7 200) 3*
24 - F/C Anfernee McElmore (FR 6'7 210) 3*
35 - PG Ronnie Johnson (SR 6'0 180) grad transfer
44 - G New Williams (SO 6'2 170) 4*
Other than being young like you said, our main weakness is we don't have a lot of size. There's a rumor that 6'11" 5* Austin Wiley who signed with us today may graduate early and enroll in January, and he would be eligible to play immediately. If that were to happen I think it puts AU over the line to being in the dance.

I was going to ask how that would affect hs eligibility..But then I remembered it's basketball, and they won't stay two years if they're good.

Went to Tip Off Club meeting and Wiley in December sounded likely by what some people were saying. Tennessee did it with Jarnell Stokes several years ago.

Thsnks for the response! I haven't really had the time to do research on SEC teams yet due to family health reasons lately. I'm late on my research for the season. The main difference between Bama last yr to now is we had 1 go to guy, and not deep at all. This yr, we have 4 guys that could get 15 points any game, and we are extremely deep this yr.

He would be a freshman and when this year is over he would have 3 years left. We had another guy enroll in January a couple years ago.

Yeah, Stokes did the same at Tennessee 2 or 3 yrs ago and was an immediate impact for their team that yr.

quote:I've seen this several times. It's all right for other SEC teams to post about possible recruits, but Alabama is not allowed to discuss possible recruits committing to them. It's like this on the other boards too. It's Bama hate.
I see Tennessee, Auburn, and numerous other basketball recruiting or committing posts! So Bama is the only team that can't ?

Yeah, like I said it was 4 posts on the first 2 pages of other teams talking about basketball recruiting, but he wasn't up in those threads complaining.lol thrn he says I don't get the point.lol That's exactly what this forum is for, for every team in the SEC! So I just told him to stay on the georgia board if he didn't care about another teams news,or don't open snd especially comment in it. If he can't understand that, then I don't see how the guy even figured out how to even form a sentence or log on to the web!

It's crazy how most of the fans that actually want to have a real discussion are the auburn fans. Everyone else wants to come troll bc they're jealous. Well I don't usually say this but congrats to Auburn for stepping up along with Alabama in basketball. I hate Auburn but I want the basketball Iron Bowl to become competitive and ranked vs ranked again. RTR!

Nobody is jealous lol. Its just that I didn't click on the thread to talk about them. They have such good shite going on make a thread to talk about it. Simple as that. Everything that involves Bama on here doesn't have to turn into a Bama/Au thing.

I was mainly referring to the UGA fan being jealous about Sexton lol
Posted on 11/10/16 at 9:43 pm to Bamafan15
Yeah, he was referring to the georgia fan about Sexton that I had put straight! He hasn't brought his tail back in here either.
