Yes because it’s very likely Georgia will get Evans,Milton and Bigsby.

I’ve noticed a trend with Georgia posters.....y’all lead for everybody

... Pretty sure he's talking hypothetically about taking Bigsby and then recruiting over his spot if you land Evans. I don't think that will be an option even if we wanted to for the simple fact that he's in state and you can't really pull that kind of stuff without blow back.

I don't believe he said anything about leading for Evans? And frankly at this point, we may not lead for Bigsby either after slow playing him up to this point.

But by all means... If you have your knickers in a twist, vent away.

I don't remember but didn't UGA get the top RB in the 2019 class?

edit: Never mind, I looked it up. It was Sanders.

They aren’t.
Georgia fans seem to think they lead for everyone, I see it post after post.

Maybe you should read my post again? I've noticed a trend for LSU posters. Reading is not your strength.

ETA

Exactly where in my post did I even insinuate that we lead for Evans? I said we should take Milton and Tank Bigsby and if by some hook or crook we were able to get Evans take him, too. Slow down and try to read with comprehension.

Or maybe you just want to see it?

So UGA fans are being optimistic in their thread about their recruiting weekend? Almost as surprising as LSU fans being peepants about it.

Negative. After losing Emery to the home state school, we got a commitment from Kenny McIntosh, and then rode things out with Trey Sanders... There was some speculation/rumors going that he got turned off at the last minute because he heard Holyfield was coming back... Obviously, that wasn't the case but if we'd landed him, our target list this year probably looks a little different... At least the likelihood of landing some of the elite backs in this class would drop.

Assuming Zamir White looks good returning from injuries, it may be a blessing in disguise from a spacing standpoint.

Any word on Burch? He was in Clemson Friday.

Heard from some people that he wants to go to Clemson and has for a while, but his mom wants him closer to home and to go to Scar

This came from a generally decent/knowledgeable (but still sometimes a little homer) Clemson poster on a dawg board... Make if it what you will...

quote:

Thought I would share some of what I’m hearing today post-Clemson’s Cookout, and pre-Georgia’s BBQ. I know we have a few mutual targets out there right now.

Justin Flowe: CU is in the best position right now. He arrived Thursday and is staying through Sunday. As others have pointed out, UGA is almost solely focused on Sewell at the moment. Flowe will still likely give UGA an Official, but CU is in the lead. CU-USC-Bama-UGA-Oregon in that order right now.

Arik Gilbert: Visited very briefly last night, and CU didn’t move the needle much in his recruitment. Think we may get an official, but it won’t matter. Was told by someone I trust this morning that he’s “all Dawg.” Will be in Tuscaloosa today, but Bama feels like a distant 2nd, with Tenn a close 3rd.

Jordan Burch: I’ve mentioned before CU would need to do some work to get back in this one, and I think this visit was important. He enjoyed himself, and his mother also had a good time. Was told he’s not only quiet on the recruiting front, but is also extremely shy, and it took him a while to warm up to everyone, and it’s like that on many of his visits. CU is back in the Top 3, but still trailing. I still firmly believe UGA is #1, followed by USCjr, and then CU. Bama is a close 4th, but I doubt they will be a real contender down the stretch. Too far from home. The only out of state school he’ll go to is UGA and that’s very likely, especially with him visiting today. USC’s 5-7 or 6-6 season will be their nail in the coffin. I expect it to be UGA/CU in the end. I still like Georgia.

Message coming out of UGA insiders from the weekend has largely been that we made a great impression on Burch... But as with anything on the kid, I'd take it with a grain of salt... He's quiet and they don't share much.

Yeah there hasn't been hardly anything to report regarding his recruitment. Thanks for the info.
