I'm not saying LSU is in it. We probably are not. However, Telep has no new information regarding school lists. He is just going with the original list. I wouldn't read anything into that.

I agree. I think everyone knows Gtown has been out of the mix for a while now.

So is Mizzou? They are full. It's between Texas and us right?

That is his offical top 4.

Just spoke with Jessie Pollard, the mother of 5-star forward Devonta Pollard. Pollard has plans to announce his decision at 5 PM CST on Friday. Mrs. Pollard said Devonta has come to a decision but has yet to tell her which school. It's officially down to the final four of Alabama, Texas, Missouri, and Georgetown and Pollard applied to all four in order to keep his options open.
247Sports still believes that it's down to Alabama and Texas. Pollard could still enroll in Summer I as he could get in class by the drop date, but one source feels he's much more likely to enroll in Summer II.

24/7 thinks it's Texas right? And Greg thinks it's Bama.

The staff hasnt really said. Just that it's between us and Texas. There were a few posters that believed the family that he has in T-town would be enough to keep him close. I'll keep watching the thread though. Charles is pretty good with his info.
ETA: I just went ahead and asked him

I can tell you guys what I have heard, with the understanding that the info is very tough to come by in this recruitment.
It will be a shock if it's not Alabama or Texas.
Texas, from a basketball standpoint, is his top choice.
Alabama, they were on him first or before most. They have done a really good job with him - relationships, and Alabama is the closest to home.
Probably not anything new, but I do think the young man has been battling the head (basketball) and heart (family/friends, etc...).

LOL Texas from a basketball standpoint? They havent been shite since KD.

Lacey, Randolph, Pollard, and the 2013 kids will be gross... Jacobs isn't too bad himself being a freshman. Releford has 2 more years as well. Getting Pollard would put bama in a position to run a Miami Heat type offense. They don't run a true center and have 2 PF in Bosh and haslem/Anthony/battier. With lebron at 3, wade 2, and I like Chalmers at 1 when even tho he isn't a true point. Alabama would run releford 1, Lacey 2, Randolph 3, pollard 4, Jacobs 5. Then the 2 for 2013 hale and Taylor could play post with Jacobs.

Sina would be a good replacement for releford

Tell me about it. Texas is a major underachiever, it's our time now.

Anthony Barber is ours unless Duke offers.

Has he stated we lead?

Us and Kansas are his top two. Grant has prior Virginia connections from being at VCU. Hopefully he and Boo Williams are good friends.

They had the kid that got caught shaving points at AU as the starting PG as a freshman. Hope he doesnt fall for that BS. As far as Sina I like him but I think we should move on and find someone else.

Anyone got espn insider to see what Telep said in his blog and what Greg may have written?
Posted on 5/30/12 at 4:15 pm to Bryant91092
Texas 247 staff member from above just said he thinks Pollard will end up at Bama
