Aggies how do you feel about Chris russell

Perroni our 247 guy is cautiously optimistic. Basically said he would predict we get him but he’s played things close and anything could happen.

We've been juggling the last 3 spots in this class. I've seen his name come up as a guy who wouldn't have a spot and now it's looking more and more like our staff wants him. Its hard to tell what to make of it, but over on TA they seem like its close down to A&M & Pig. He's not the type to make or break a class, but we need bodies at LB.

Correct. They’re following the same path as they did with Dorian Gerald. He’s a playmaker at a huge spot of need so they’re going to roll the dice with him and hope for the best. It worked last year so hopefully it does again.

I’ve known this kid for years. Best friends with his older brother. I’m proud of him where ever he goes but I’ll be shocked if he chooses to go somewhere farther away if he’s got a chance to stay close. I’d say UT and Ark have the best chances. His brother went to VMI but that’s bc he tore up his knee the first game of senior year and didn’t have many options. Regardless, no matter what he chooses, UT Ark or A&M I wish him the best. He deserves it.

Sounds like he eliminated UT a week or so.
