Dylan Moses 5* ranked #1 in Nation and State in class of 2017! Found my new favorite recruiting site!

Did no one notice that the players are also listed in alphabetical order by first name in their star ranking?

Looks like a fan website that probably ranks players purely based on other sites rankings. And like Lee County Tiger said, it's alphabetical by stars, they have Fournette as #2 overall behind Peppers. Robinson is 4th, Willis 7th, Jones 10th, Hand 11th, and Scott 21st from their front page. I doubt anyone did any real scouting to come up with those rankings. The head honcho seems to be some former Duke tight end who was injured.

What is new and different about this site? I'm tired of new sites that use the same basic criteria and same basic rating system.
Either come up with something new or don't bother. The market is already saturated.

A lot actually.
Players and coaches can claim their profile and post their own updates and what's going on with them instead of having to follow them on twitter and get maybe 1 football related update among hundreds of life posts and what not. They can upload their own videos, photo's, interests, etc.

I would have him first based off of offer list right now.

I see. Well that is actually pretty cool if it catches on.

One of the site creators actually went over to my thread in Hogville, signed up, and let everyone know about the site which is pretty cool.

Hey guys, we really appreciate your interest in our site. Not coming on here trying to sell you anything or drive traffic away from here- just want to answer a few of your questions about our site.
Right now the 2014 players have only been assigned star ratings while we finish our first round of evaluations. The official pre-season rankings will be out in early April. All of the SD Match scores for the 2014 class will be released at this point as well.
Players can log on to their profiles and update their own recruiting information (top schools, interest levels, offers, visit info, and what they are looking for in a school). Players can also post any content like status updates, photos and videos (members can do this as well). Basically we evaluate and rank the players, and then turn their profiles over to them.
We are going through an NCAA verification process and afterwards (pending approval) coaches will also be able to take over their profiles to communicate with players on the site and post whatever content they want.
We will have about the same number of 5, 4, and 3 star players as the other sites in the industry so a 4* on SD should carry the same value. We have focused most of our pre-season efforts on thoroughly evaluating the top players so as of now most of our featured players for the 2014 class will be those in the higher star range- but we will continue to add the rest of the class as we move forward.
Our evaluation process is based mostly on film evaluation and all of our scores/rankings/evaluations are done by former college coaches or players with experience at the position (hopefully this helps us get to the most accurate rankings possible). We rate players based on 15 attributes considered to be the most important for each position- and those attribute ratings are put through a weighted formula to get the final base score. The SD Match scores depend on how a player's attribute ratings fit with the system of a particular team (weighted formula based on how teams value the attributes). I attached a sample evaluation template if you want to check it out.
We're also planning on building some more interactive features for members- such as being able to rank players yourselves on your profile page, or possibly create your own recruiting board / wish list for your team. It would be great to get some feedback from y'all on what you might be interested in.
Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or comments about our site (you can DM me on SigningDay or just reply to our welcome message if you want, but I'll check in here as well).
Thanks again for your time and we appreciate your interest in our site.

SECr needs recruiting people, so instead of paying for one set of insider info, I could get access to the 14 teams I care about. I would totally pay for that.

I always consider the site that has us ranked the highest to be the most reliable.
