why is it so difficult to just admit your insiders are just as biased as the majority of everyone elses? And it's nothing against them. You have to play to your audience. It would be suicide not to. Instead your claiming that VN was just making up what Brent Hubbs said. Clearly, that makes more sense.

They 100% were. There is literally 0% chance that Brent Hubbs ever said that Carl Lawson is silently committed to TN.
I do believe that some one probably told that Volnation guy that.

Which is totally beside the point. Who cares, really. It's not like Carl Lawson could get on the field for us, anyways.

Oh shite. We were on different pages then. I 100% agree with you on that. All insiders for every school (including mine) are complete bullshite.

I did not. But we're arguing about how credible your insiders are. So he brought up Lawson, Wright, Green. Then a UT fan asked for a link to where VQ said that. Well obviously an AU fan isn't going to have access to a UT site. But he provided a link to UT fans saying what Hubbs said (they aren't just going to make up what he said).
2012 is fairly recent so I don't know why those examples are so outrageous. Has the site changed drastically since then? Because it sounds like you still have the same exact insider working for them.
Vol fans have about the worst reputation of homerism. And from the few "battles" we've had with yall, your insiders seem like they're full of shite. They've been wrong on everyone.
When Auburn guys and UGA guys are saying the same thing but UT claims that they're in it more than everybody else thinks then yeah I'm pretty skeptical of that.

I know. I'm not sure what you're missing.
I fully believe that people in our fan base thought, at the time, that Carl Lawson was a silent commit. I believe, clearly, that there were people saying that Hubbs started that rumor. But what I know, matter of factly, is that Hubbs would never in a million years come out and say straight up that a kid is a silent commit. It's just not the way he posts. The man has never given a direct answer in his life.

We're not even arguing whether he specifically said he was a silent commit. Yall are dense. The silent commit thing was an exaggeration to get across his point. Point is your insiders are homers. He believed they had a really good shot at Lawson. They didn't. He believed that had a really good shot at Gabe Wright. They didn't . He believed they had a really good shot at Derick Green. They didnt.

I completely understand that. There's a limit to how much people misconstrue information from insiders though. (Unless they have to motivation to flat out lie)
If he was reporting the actual situation in those cases, they wouldn't have come near the conclusion that he's a silent commit. Yall literally had maybe a 1% chance with those three guys.

A rumor that spreads to massive amounts of people? Yeah.
But there's limits when a poster on a UT board is posting something about recruiting and specifically cites the insider he got the info from. If he said something that was the complete opposite then someone would call him out on it.

You have made no headway into proving that Brent Hubbs ever called TN Carl Lawson's favorite let alone a silent commit.
