Wilfong is one of the more accurate predictors.

Wiltfong has no clue and just post click bait.

Ricky referring to his post about Wright and Crouch. Crouch has not been to UA since I think last summer in 2017. Barely mentions UA but Wiltfong wants clicks and knows it excites UT fans who have very little to forward to and it gets them excited about beating UA head to head for Crouch.

Stay confident then Tide Warrior. Go ahead and get your Webb Bama jersey ordered. Sounds like you have nothing to worry about.

Perhaps. But Wiltfong regularly makes CB picks relatively early and then just changes them when it starts looking like they're wrong. He's also been called out for it and has admittted that he often does it that way. Even so, some mods still blindly follow suit when he makes early CB picks.

I'm not saying Wiltfong doesn't have any good intel about Webb. Other sources I do have faith in have said UGA is indeed a legit contender for Webb and that Clemson and Auburn are as well.

Wilfong’s earliest crystal ball pick was Webb to Bama - I see what you mean.

Tbh there is a lot of smoke with VOLS and Wright right now. His coach is pushing him to VOLS per back channels.

The Crouch thing was weird tho

I do not care where the kid goes and to honest and I have mentioned on our board I would rather take Wright and/or Neal and call it a day.

If he goes to UGA who cares because you can have all the talent in the world but until you beat us it does not mean crap.

Rumor around the state Crouch may have left his team. Been injured and not playing but was not with the team last week in their beat down. Read the team only had like 27 dressed out. Not sure why their HC that won a State title last year left but the new HC is struggling as they are 0-5 with a team that supposedly has 8 kids with DI offers.

Also, Knoxville is a lot closer to home than Tuscaloosa.

I'd love to get Webb, but tbh if I had to choose only one of Evan Neal, Darnell Wright and Clay Webb, I'd rather have Neal or Wright than Webb. But if I could have two, I'd take Webb along with either one of the other two.

TideWarrior, enjoy your teams fantastic success the last 10yrs. Kirby's been on the scene for a few minutes and has moved us to one of the top 4 powers in college football. We have a 42yr old coach who is building a monster. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. No doubt Bama is still king - but as your side mirror on the car says, "objects in rearview mirror are closer than they appear".

I hope UGA is here to stay and can sustain the success. I prefer great games not one sided

There are 12 CB picks for Webb. Should we start a thread for the 10 Alabama has? Can I do the one for foggy?

If you want to, have at it. Is this thread worse than a thread about a tweet? I must have missed the Aggy fan complaining about that thread.

Now, if there were a recruit that was considered a lock for Georgia and it appeared as if there were a swing in where he was going it wouldn't surprise me if there were a thread made about it. I seem to recall threads about Quay Walker, Nigel Warrior and others that fit this description.

Shoot....seems like there was a thread about an Alabama recruit (Rashaan Evans?) that had an Auburn tattoo on his arm. Is this thread so out of place?

Unnecessary? Maybe. But no worse than some other threads.

Wiltfong wrote an article yesterday with tons of fap material for VOLS visitors this weekend including crystal balls for multiple 5 stars. I’m tempted to make a thread for each one

You mean like y'all did for Nigel warrior? Please. You act like Tennessee fans always do the right thing. Hint: They don't.

Are you saying his CB to Alabama looks like it is wrong?

I doubt this.
Alabama/Georgia battle. As others have said, most of us believe he will choose Alabama, but we are hoping.

Nope. And tbh, I don't care about what Wiltfong says or does. Nor will I fret about which school Webb, or any kid, chooses.

Welp, that is all fine and good. Please don't let it bother you if GEORGIA fans care where Clay Webb goes. Bama dynasty was masterminded by the Godfather of Football - Nick Saban, but it was built on #1 recruiting class after #1 recruiting class after #1 recruiting class. Kirby learned under the Godfather and is plying his trade in Athens, GA. these days - for that, we DAWGS, are grateful.
