I went to the MSU game there this year. I don't care how elite or great OSU was at the time, or how good I was, or how much they needed me....If I was a HS prospect that attended that game there is aboslutely no way in hell I would ever go there.
Why people would choose to play in (much less do normal stuff like go to class or bars or hangout) that kind of weather just blows my mind.

That was the absolute most miserable football game I've ever attended with the weather. Didn't Nigel Warrior say something to the effect that the MSU game is what eliminated OSU for him? I don't think it's a smart way to decide your future, but I also don't blame people for wanting to go to Miami or USC either

There is a difference in cold and cold like that. I mean Missula is cold as heck but at least it's beautiful up that way or out in Colorado at least you have mountains and snowboarding etc. Columbus is just cold and crappy and that has nothing to do with the university just how it is in Ohio and Indiana to me.

Yeah he wasn't too thrilled with the weather. It was sort of a worst case scenario for OSU though - terrible weather and the one weekend where the offense decided to shite a brick.
