He is going to Clemson

Clemson really needs Zamir White tbh. Been missing that truly elite running back who can take it to the house at anytime. Clemson was close with Gurley and Marshall but they chose UGA. Feaster was highly recruited but he hasn't showed much this year in limited carries. Really hoping Clemson can land Zamir

I hear Swift might visit but I doubt anything happens with that

Yeah, they pulled the offer.

Also, Kirby wasn't the one to even inform him that it was pulled, he had someone else do it.

That Kirby is a lot like Saban in terms of class, although his coaching is a lot like Charlie Weis.

You'll be back to Texas for a high profile guy soon, and UGA's treatment of Carter is gonna hurt you.

Texas HS Coaches have a long memory.

I can think of 2 players off the top of my head we've gotten from Texas in the last 15 years; stafford and dale dixson, a reserve DL that had an average at best career for us. I guess in 2021 when we go after another Texas kid they'll still bring this up but I'm not too worried about.

We gave Herman a gift. Who knows, he might return the favor? At the very least, Herman is gonna hurt anm. Sucks to be Anm now.

I hate it for the kid but I'm really not worried about that.

Which post are you responding to?

And why did anm remove his offer?

I mean thats not how contracts work. There was a material change made by one side not agreed to by the other side. You can say he had an offer for June but the agreed upon offer was to be an EE.

you are trying to make it look good on ugas part. It's unfortunate but they have to look bad here. It's the shitty side of recruiting.

Carter's family doesn't seem too upset about it. You don't really expect one of the top RB's in the draft who just tore his ACL a year ago to come back. I'm sure they understand. Carter will do very well at Texas

A&M decided to take only one RB in the class, and they like who they have commited.

.

I believe A&M was taking 2 RBs and gave him an ultimatum. I believe they would take 2 if a great back like Etienne recommitted, but Trayveon Williams' freshman success changed things.

They had Etienne at the time who they liked better, and b/c of a #'s crunch they may/ may not keep after him.

The other is the Kibode kid from NO that I know nothing hing about, but they like him.

After being jilted by Georgia, RB Toneil Carter sees opportunity with Texas
play

Carter made news on Dec. 19 when he backed away from Georgia and selected the Longhorns hours later. Carter said he switched because the UGA coaches said something came up with the early enrollment process after running backs Nick Chubb and Sony Michel announced they would be staying another year.

“The night before I found out, I was having my going-away party and my brother (Byron Carter) was like 'We need to talk. We need to talk,'” Carter said. “… I guess they told my brother they didn’t have a spot for me to enroll early anymore. I already had all of my stuff packed and ready to go to Georgia.

“They never even called me. That hurt me big time. I was 100 percent committed to Georgia the whole entire time I was committed. It made me feel like 'What did I do.'”

...

“Because of my commitment, I never really gave Texas a serious look. When I'm committed to something, I'm committed. I was loyal to the G
. I was like 'I'm not going to take my official to Texas.' Then all of a sudden that happened and Coach Meekins and Texas were right there.”
