Stop the presses. The only Power Five school in the state flipped a recruit from Purdue.
Kelly can definitely recruit.

Pretty good QB that is above average in mobility but not super fast. Underweight so will need to add pounds. Guys that add weight don't usually get quicker or faster.
Solid pickup but he isn't a 2 year starter. Kelly will sign guys that knock him down the depth chart. Kelly has been pretty good with QB recruiting over the years. Good stop gap but he isn't the future at LSU.
