I sure hope so. I did read an article that said we felt he was way underrated. I hope they are right.
I rightfully question the Monken hire as an OC for Kirby but dude has solid credentials as an WR coach. I would expect him to be able to make something of UGAs WRs and find WRs in a year where camps didn’t happen.

It
s a legitimate point. Hoping he watched a ton of film/video (they've certainly had time) and saw something they liked. Who knows? We really don't have much choice but tot rust them. They've done a good job of identifying undervalued talent in the past.
Owen Condon, Jordan Davis were both 3* finds that are doing well. Davis is excellent on our DLine and Condon is fighting for a starting job on the OLine. Granted neither of those are WR's, though.

The guy has injury concerns but he has balled out in his first three games and 233 yards and 3 tds against Hoover certainly stands out.

Sony Michel had the same injury concerns(acl). It was a nonfactor in his career at UGA.

I'm meaning that due to his injury, he missed his whole junior season. He will definitely not finish a 3 star.

Only in-state offer was South Alabama. That’s just odd for someone with a committable offer to Georgia. Especially with no camps or visits this year
Either proper analysis of his injury and prognosis, or part of the pre-process.
Anyway, surface data is disconcerting, and suggests hysteria about our WR corps.

He suffered the injury his sophomore year. So far this year after 4 games he have 613 receiving yds and 7 TDs. He is on pace to be well over 1000 yards receiving by the 8 game. I would put money or a ban bet that he will be a mid to upper 4* by season's end.

Jumped 143 spots in the latest 247 wr update and jumped over 1300 nationally. Stay tuned, just getting started.

Hey if that pumpkin pie hair-cutted freak accepted his commitment then he must see something that he likes. Not like UGA is hurting for WR talent..
