Look, lsu took a small step in the right direction yesterday and met a very base recruiting expectation by securing a verbal commitment over Alabama, for a player who attends high school on the lsu campus.
I mean just sit with that for a minute. There's nothing about this that should be celebrated. Lsu beat alabama for a university player. A player who committed, decommitted and finally committed again. You guys were lucky to get him. Lucky to get a player that attends high school on your very own campus.
You folks are celebrating this as though lsu pulled the number one player in the state, right out of a Tuscaloosa high school.
Instead of tearing down virtual goal posts over all this. You should be talking about how someone finally met the very basic expectations of their job description.
