I'm not familiar with this site. Is it more like Bleacher Report or 247?

It's not a website as much as it is a camp/showcase. Here's the description.

The 2013 NUC Five-Star Showcase Series has come to an end. Over 1,400 prospects from around the country have participated in a Five-Star Showcase. This past year events were held in Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Los Angeles, Baton Rouge, New Jersey, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Dallas and Springfield, Illinois.

If that's all the 5 stars and they develop, LA is even more loaded in '15 than this year. Wow.

We now have a coach that gets it when it comes to recruiting.

Pretty soon it will be back to where it is supposed to be. The UT/UF game will decide the East almost every year.
