The Jaume Serra Cristalino is widely available. It used to just be labeled as "Cristalino" until they were sued by Roederer who claimed they were trying to capitalize on Cristal's reputation. It's normally around $8. Wife likes the brut and brut rose' (don't be scared off by the rose''s pink color--it's not sweet).

Segura Viudas is also good and widely available for around $1 more.

Both of those are economically better options than the Silver Cap I normally get. Right now I pay around $12-13/bottle unless they are on sale when it goes down to $10. I will definitely keep my eye open for them when I go to the liqour store tomorrow night after work. Thanks for the info.

On a side note, Arkansas officially announced today that Darrell Smith is transferring to Jacksonville State.

I think Kiero Small has become everyone's favorite non-star player. Doesn't hardly get the ball, doesn't care or complain, and just kicks arse.

I was hoping you would say supply chain management or dendrochronology.

- JUCO running back Damian Williams originally committed to Arizona State, but Arkansas continues to push hard. This could be another battle down to the wire and could go either way at this point.

- Arroyo Grande (Calif.) defensive prospect Seth Jacobs is seemingly looking hardest at Arkansas and Oklahoma State. He will also visit UCLA this weekend and the Bruins will need to make a big impression. At the end of the day, it's hard to project where he signs, but I'll give the Hogs the slight edge at the moment.

Interesting to see we're still after a JUCO RB hard. He looks really good, but something we don't know with our RB's yet I suppose.

Having a stable of running backs came in handy this past year, with both Knile and Green going out early. Then Dennis wasn't even 100% at the beginning of the year.

I say we need around 5 capable backs at any time. Right now we have Knile, Dennis, Wingo (blah), and Walker got hurt last year. Maybe they'll move Wingo to receiver and sign another good rb.
