Rivals doesn't even have an analyst to cover our state in person so they are never evaluated unless they send in great up to date film. They're so short staffed now that they absolutely have to cater to the schools that pay the bills.

Who was it before? Biddy? Wonder why we don't have one for this area.

247 hired most of the best people from rivals not to long ago. I still follow rivals out of habit but need to start finding a new recruiting site.

This weekend is a huge one for our Defensive recruiting.
4 star CB Mo Seisay is visiting and he is down to Arkansas and Nebraska.
He's planning on enrolling at the school he chooses at semester, which is like now. So he may commit this weekend if he likes what he sees.

He's choosing Dec 20th, fwiw.
ETA: He knows Coach Haynes from when he camped at Ohio St out of HS. It will be hard for him to say no after he sees Coach Haynes' DB resume.

we always seem to battle nebraska for DB's
pretty sure us and Neb were Tevin Mitchel's final two but they beat us for another one, Jackson maybe?

S/O to coach K and Haynes for an outstanding visit with the Fam in VA. My bro loves that BCS ring

No it's not the guys that run the Arkansas rivals site. It's guys that actually work for Rivals itself like Barton Simmons and Barry Every. They are so short staffed now that they don't have any analysts covering Arkansas or Oklahoma. The only way they get any scouting on our local guys is if someone sends them tape and they actually sit down and watch it. It doesn't help though that our Rivals guys aren't the most hard working in the business either.

Interesting. I really wonder why we are still recruiting RB's at this point?

He's a safety, too.

Wow. He was recruited to Illinois, who he officially visited earlier by Paul Petrino, and he was be recruited to Ohio St by Paul Haynes.
We got his last official visit.

Well hell in that case sign him up. I always liked that old Auburn practice of signing RB's and switching them over to defense.

You watch his video he looks more like a safety than a RB. He looks like a better version of Al's favorite Beniquez Brown.

Sounding good for Mo Seisay, lets hope he has a great visit.

And like I said, he already knew Coach Haynes.

Arkansas stopping in VA today to see the Fam. My Fam is more excited to see Coach K than to see me lol

“I was just thankful and it showed that if you bring down the head coach and the head coach sees you that they really, really want you,” Seisay said. “So I respect that and appreciate that to have coach Petrino come down here and have a chance to meet him 1-on-1 in person. Coach Petrino is a real cool, down-to-earth players’ coach kind of guy and I wouldn’t mind playing for him.”

Solid. Hopefully having the last visit and having two of his former recruiters on our staff will give us a leg up.
Would be really nice if we could land him and Demetrious Cox. Hell throw in JP Holtz and we can just start up a nice little Pennsylvania pipeline in just one season.

I think Petrino is trying to reach a goal of landing a player from every state.

Further proof that we don't need LR to sign a great class.

We need to lock down the best LR players every year though. We don't need Dyer type players going to SEC West Rivals going forward.
Malzahn can have the DII scraps that BMFP leaves laying around the eastern part of the state and Shiloh
