Haven't seen that. I knew he was small but I didn't know he was that small.
ETA: At pro day he was 216.

Yeah, some dude kept sending me dic pics with homoerotic messages. I didn't analyze it too much, but it looked like a camera phone pic and not just some random pic from a porn site. I was able to garner some info about the posters name from his email addy and posted it in the thread and the pics suddenly stopped.
GROSS

Thankfully, I have not received dick pics. I bet it was JPLSU.

I had hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and ham. Plus a couple of cups of coffee.

I'm not surprised. One of my big "beefs" with Willy was continuing to put him out there at LB. He was NOT a linebacker. And in the SEC, you can't basically run nickel package all game long.
I'm very hopeful that Haynes isn't afraid to roll with some guys who are bigger and a little slower if it means we can slow down a power offense. Look at Tyler Gilbert. He's got prototypical MLB size, but because he wasn't as fast as Willy wanted, he got moved to DE. Well, guess what, Willy? THere aren't a lot of spread offenses in the SEC.
I hope Haynes can look at the success Bama has had year in and year out with big, run plugging LB's and mold our defense to fit that. Sure, we won't have the luxury of lock down corners that Bama has, but at least we won't get gashed/run over by QB's.

I had a yogurt parfait and a diet dr pepper. F'ing diet. I miss my breakfast sammiches.
On that note, who works out? What do you do?
Gym's up here are ridiculous (starting around $80/month), so I started running when my GF moved in. She's a health nut. Anyway, I've been doing pretty good staying motivated even with the cold weather.

Just started a diet and running plan. I'm going to focus more on running and try to actually lose weight instead of maintaining my weight. Couch to 5k plan. Supposedly it was designed for lazy asses like me.

I can not stay motivated in the winter. Weight always balloons up and then drops back in spring and summer

24 oz Monster Energy (Lo-Carb edition) and a bag of peanuts. Going hard this AM.

I work out at Powerhouse in Nam. I mostly do cardio lately. I'm interested in sprint training some now though.

5K is easy. I could go run a 5k right now and haven't ran since August basically. It's all mental to me at that distance

Q: What's the best thing to ever come out of Arkansas?
A: I-40.

I'm not sure haynes will change much in this respect. He seems to think we just need to be more fundamentally sound and less complex. I think he is actually right. Our defense was in position and if any of them had known what don't arm tackle meant then we would have been hanging in a lot more of those games than we were.

sprinting is a great exercise. i've been jogging 2 miles every other day recently, but decided to switch it up with some sprints one day. I was surprised by how sore my legs were the next day.
