He still has work to do. No excuse not to have at least 1 top 5 class here when both Zook and Muschamp did.

Class is still shite. A top heavy team standings allowed a subpar class to be ranked much higher (10th) than it normally would be. Class wouldn't have been top 15 in 15' or 16'

UF has been a recruiting power since recruiting services have been around. 10-15th is usually a down year for UF, shite 5-10 used to a let down.
< 250 pts is where a USCe or Miss State program typically hangs out, not a national brand like UF.

Georgia regularly outrecruits us, it's nothing new, and we still beat them. Say, that happened with LSU last year, too.

You did beat us. With better players than you'll have for future matchups.
This is not insulting your program, you deserve better. Spurrier, zook, Meyer, even muschamp had no problem bringing top prospects to UF in droves
McElwain is a great coach, but if he doesn't turn it around on the recruiting trail you'll continue to have occasional blowouts annually when the game plan isn't on point.
When LSU is pumping our chest at mediocre classes please don't sugar coat it for me either

Class is very balanced unlike the Champ yrs where it was top 5 with all defensive players.

I haven't kept up with recruiting the last couple of years but I've always said that if you can't recruit at UF, you just can't recruit. I'll hold my opinion about this class until we see the product on the field. I don't always understand the 5 star ratings but I can't think for the life of me how UF couldn't sign the most 5*, let alone at least 1???
