Mullen and McElwain were good hires.
they’re good hires by the UAA standards

Macelwain was actually okay until the UAA railroaded him with the bullshite will Grier drug test

And Mullen got tired of the lack of support from the Uaa and checked out, can’t blame him for that

Napier has objectively done much worse than both, both who had been to Atlanta at least once I their first 3 years while Napier hasn’t even been above .500 yet

So going by objective measures, win losses, recruiting etc they have been better

Not great, because the Uaa sucks but better than Gaypier who’s the worst coach in Florida history since world war 2 and besides spurrier and meyer that’s a prettt shitty list as you’ve mentioned so to be the worst of all that trash is really really bad

Merlin rode mcelwains recruiting till it fizzled out. He was in way over his head and he is literally one of the luckiest coaches with a resume of nothing

And nothing has changed. He wasn’t the hire then and he wouldn’t be today.

If you had a sitting president there’s at least a 75% chance SBB would’ve been employed this past Monday.

SBB & your AD are spot holders.

We took the L and I’m not surprised but SBB would still not be a candidate for the HC at LSU.

wveve actually regressed

Went 6-7 with Mullen’s “terrible” recruits
Then 5-7

This year is 5-5c tbd if there’s actual improvement or not

Not my fault you don't understand SoS or why it matters.

Good luck, I'm going to bed.

He inherited a more talented team is all.

Kelly inherited an absolute steaming pile of shite roster. This might be the dumbest comment I’ve ever seen on this site. Like, it’s unbelievably stupid.

Orgeron burned the program to the ground and left Kelly a whole 36 players to work with. Kelly is still trying to right the wrongs of Ed Orgeron. He did NOT inherit anything.

I do not Follow lsu enough to argue about it or talk about what Kelly had vs what Billy had when they staarted

And I hate Billy gay pier with a passion but it’s not like Mullen left him jack shite either

Both coaches inherited shite shows
