BS. It could mean that the betting public is being led to the slaughter as well.
Unless you are the smart money, you'll never know. Unless you are connected with Billy Walters, you'll never know.
Many times and I have seen it first hand, Billy Walters group will bet the line up, only to bet it back down the other way with a whole lot more the other way.
