Tenn and OU recruit in the same neighborhood and it appears Tennessee has deeper NIL in this new era. There’s also no certainty that OU will be the old OU in this new world. A few 6-6 seasons and finishing 10th has a heck of a way of humbling a historic blue bloods conference ala the Nubs.
Tenn has already proven they’ll pay top 10 money.
