I'm sorry. I lost my head. For a brief moment I imagined that there was an intelligent thought offered here. You have set me straight.

I'd bet this thread isn't subjective at all.

What a shitty arse thread by a shitty arse poster.

The bravado and audacity some of you gumps show on here for a team that didn't even win its own division...

It's staggering.

All you folks who want to act like LSU is some conquering army which headed into the Hinterlands to pillage all challengers, while Bama just barely squeeked by an easy schedule can suck it.

Could bama have beaten those teams with the suspensions and issues we had? With their QB depth I seriously doubt they beat Oregon since sims is very inexperienced.

"Would Bama have beaten LSU's non-Bama opponents?" =/= "Would Bama be favored against these opponenets?"

Was Bama favored against Utah?

Hell, was Bama favored vs LSU on 9-6 - er, 11/5?

Would never happen, no matter how badly LSU wins.

The loudest as*holes will go away. I'll hang out for a few days to congratulate one of the best teams ever. But what will you do if Bama wins?
Your moderator will probably have to start throwing Bama posters out cause some of our crowd will be down right obnoxious. I'm not the type to rub it in but will want to read what the LSU excuses are so I'll be here for awhile afterwards either way.

Embellishing _______ about either team or player creates entertaining back and forth.
Is this really not understood by most at this point?

Yes. No question.

This. We'd beat Oregon by like 21 though. We have a better run defense than LSU, thus we would've contained them better.

so Bama is a guaranteed 14-0 through LSU's schedule because they would be favored in individual games against each opponent?

And Bama played Penn St,W.V. is not a great team, IMO , neither is Oregon.A big D-LINE and O-LINE is all you need against them

easier said than done. Your fat slow LBs would look great chasing their RBs to the outside I'm sure.

But, hey, you beat a Penn State team made up of 75% white people. YAY!!!

think this years Bama team would win by 7-10 points. The 09 wouldn't be able to score.

i respect that but on the same token the 09 defense was pretty stout as well... special teams for this years team sucks and the 09 team had arenas... and a kicker who can make fgs

on top of that julio/richardson/ingram> than just richardson

my pick
09 bama 28

Bama fans cant get over that we beat them at their home field! That is a huge accomplishment. They couldnt beat us at home with what many call their best team ever. Cant wait until we spank them in the Dome. French Quarter will be a blast afterwards. It will be like after the OU and OSU games. NO red on the streets

Good God you are a moron.

Teams Bama can beat that LSU didn't play:
Green Bay
New Orleans
Oakland
New England
Tampa Bay

I would say the only team they couldn't beat was Carolina. They're scared of Cam.

Hey Gumptard Updyke Finebaum,
Here is a more relevant comparison. Head to head results between LSU and Bama.
In the last 15 meetings between these teams, LSU has 10 wins against the Crimson Tide. No excuses allowed. We are owning you in current times and even though you have improved with Saban, I don't see that trend changing anytime soon my friend. Bama is to LSU as the Falcons are to the Saints...almost good enough.
