Worst team this season, auburn football or basketball?

Our basketball team will take some lumps especially if Cooper doesn't get eligible. But watching them play the Zags yesterday was a reminder of why Bruce is such a big deal. We are extremely athletic with a huge upside down the road. Not having a PG will ultimately kill this teams chances of being a bubble type team even though we are self imposed.

We were out matched, but the Zags are legit. They are good at every level and savy. They took advantage of our youth. Again...you'd have to be a long time fan of Auburn basketball to look at the team and know we will get better even though we will struggle along the way. Losing Cooper would be a blow for any team but with our youth and inexperience it will be a bigger blow for this particular Auburn team.
Basketball isn't like football, you can survive a blow out lose. You must be young, I figured a arkie fan would know better but to be fair arkie has been bad at bball for a while now.

Hey man, I wasn't trying to talk shite. I was genuinely curious. I had forgotten you guys were playing them. And as far as Arkansas basketball goes, I have a feeling Arkansas will blow Auburn's doors off this season.

I was even shocked to see on the screen we have 9 freshmen, 6 sophomores and 2 juniors. And only 1 junior sees PT.

Well a quick google search will show you it was a bloodbath. They kind of hung in there in the first half but then the zags put it to them in the second half. Zags have always been a well coached team, but now that they’ve started recruiting at a high level they are a fricking force.
If you’re genuinely curious how they are, they’ve got several guys who can knock down the three, a C that was a top 50’ish player coming out that is an old school dude who can spot up shoot or back you down and get creative with his back to the basket, and a freshman PG who was a top 5 recruit in HS and is every bit deserving of that ranking. They watched how we attacked SJU and shut it down from the get go.
