Ford was 4th in line this year and easily the poorest performing on the roster.
Even if Najee leaves, the reality was that he was going to be no higher than 3rd next season - which would have been his 3rd year on the team.

Glad Harris is gone, was starting to remind me of Derrick Henry in the second half of LSU game and towards the end of the season.

Thanks. Yeah, I think that would be best for him. He impressed me as much as any player this year. I know he isn't rated as the top back by some of these "mock guys", but I would take him first if I needed a RB. Dude is special.
