We will probably never, ever see a team to repeat with the lure of the NBA. That Gator team was very special.

bullshite.

But when a team does repeat, it probably won’t be with the same starting 5 both times.

As hard as it is to win a title. It is equally as hard to win another one with different players. I really don't see another team winning back to back in our lifetimes. You need 2 maybe 3 lottery type players and then you need them to come back to school. That's very hard to expect. Noah was a top 3 pick in 2006. Horford was a top 7 and they both decided to come back, forgoing all that money. If their parents didn't already have money, that would have never happened. Then Corey Brewer also came back as well. That is unheard of.

Florida wasn't the same starting 5. Starting 4 that were the same were the 04s (Noah, Horford, Brewer, Green). Adrian Moss was a starter for the 2006 championship team that graduated.

The coolest thing is that even to this day, Noah gives the advice to players to come back, saying that nothing was better than his college days

The Noah celebration dance will forever be etched in my brain. That was such an incredible run. Don't see a repeat happening ever again.

I reluctantly agree.

As a resident of West Palm Beach since 2004, I also reluctantly admit that NO SCHOOL WILL EVER repeat the three year run that Florida had from 2006-2008 with TWO, repeat, TWO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS in BOTH football and basketball.

Great accomplishment Gators.

Now, go to hell.......
