late to the discussion but here is my thought.
if you do not go into every season, every game thinking you wont win.......wtf is the point in playing. for the better part of 19 years as a Saints and Auburn fan, I rolled into every Season expecting us to win it all, and was always quick to say "next year" when the end didnt result did match waht I was hoping for.
as a fan of a Team - you should believe your team can win it all - each and every week. to do otherwise is rediculous.
but thats my opinion.
as for Les staying, get rid of the OC and you guys are gonna be mean as hell for years to come

Do LSU fans really think they should win every game?
I know this is hard for Ole Miss fans to understand, but yes, LSU goes into every game thinking we should win. Same can be said for all elite programs, like Alabama, Oklahoma, and Ohio State. Miles may not win pretty, but as long as he keeps LSU at a consistent 10+ wins per year, we're in good shape.

Thanks Kid. You understand.

When you have top 5 talent and some of the best facilities in the country the expectations are and should be very high. If Ole Miss gets to that level maybe you will understand. Also, a lot of LSU fans have a deep seated fear of falling back to mediocrity. The way Les Miles has gone about winning
only adds to this fear. You had a lot of the same when Saban was here. He called it catastrophe syndrome.
