Has a chance to make history, with a 3-peat and 4 rings. Has a chance to shatter every Alabama QB record. His girl is moving to Tuscaloosa to be with him full-time. He has a legit chance to be the #1 QB in the draft next year, where as this year he is behind Barkley, Landry Jones and maybe a couple of others like Tyler Bray. And he can leave UA with an undergrad and master's degree as he already has his undergrad.

McCarron has wanted to play for BAMA ever since he was 4 years old. Playing for and winning 2 NCs at BAMA probably still seems like a dream to him. I really think he wants to finish earning his degree and take a shot at another NC.

Nope. He was a big U fan as a kid, and strongly considered the Sooners his junior year in high school.

Before the season, I said there are 3 reasons he should stay:
1. Avoid strong QB draft class in '13
2. He grew up dreaming of playing QB for Bama
3. He can break every career Bama record by staying
As it turns out:
1. The '13 QB draft class pretty much turned to shite over the course of the season
2. According to a recent ESPN article, he grew up a fan of Miami
3. He managed to break the Bama career TD record one year ahead of schedule
Glad he's staying though

Keep that girlfriend around college kids. If he goes to NFL, he'd be around alot more alpha males and he would end up losing her. No way is she going to be with him long term. There will be too many guys with alot more to offer her than him. He should enjoy her as long as he can.
You never know. Maybe she's not a shallow bitch.
