Some of you UGA fans think Aaron Murray will be good...remember his stats are against high schoolers.

No, by the UGA fans thinking Dyer will suck. I think these new players will be good...Newton, Dyer, Murray, etc.

will be being the key word. No one is expecting him to be great his 1st year. As long as he is equal or better than cox.

No by this way of thinking no one knows...his commitment has been accompanied with hype...as are a lot of players...no one knows what he will do but the potential to fans is exciting...no one thinks Cam Newton is going to lead Auburn to a NC this year...or even SEC championship...but people are excited about what he could possibly be...

Dude I am having a hard time understanding your point...by your logic no 1st year player in the SEC will have an impact...at all...you know because the stats he has gained came against high schools or some lame JUCO players...none of those guys can ever come in and make an impact or improve, right? C'mom dude...Auburn fans are excited about Newton and his abilities that he has shown...you're right it may not translate in the SEC...who knows? But don't try to criticize AU fans for being excited over somene that has show great POTENTIAL!

You don't believe that every Georgia fan thinks that he's going to just have an average or worse year. You're not that dumb. You know there are oblivious fans of every team, so of course there are going to be Auburn fans who think Cam Newton is the savior of our football team. Same as Aaron Murry, same as Cox last year. It's always going to happen so don't kid yourself.

We'll see when the season starts if he's good or not. Trying to argue that he's good or bad before spring training is ridiculous.

Well if you see an Auburn fan proclaim Newton as a first teamer you can mark them off as a moron...and I will do the same thing to UGA fans that build up their first year players...
