See, such hateful words beaver. I know you are really frustrated inside. It's ok, the rustle will slowly fade. And follow you around? I have been at my house this whole time. I promise. And nobody here is bragging. It's more like mourning your inevitable loss to this board.

i will try to answer a great question.
It is the hardware that eats our opponents insides.
In the last decade, Auburn has won three SEC titles, more than any other school. Auburn disturbs almost evy other schools fanbase by winning and winning with different coaches and different approaches. Let me give you specifics:
1. miss state, ole miss, kentucky, and vandy hate us because we win DESPITE the fact that we have none of the privilages of being THE state school. we also took Tubs from ole miss.
2. arkansas, georgia, and ut hate us because they have ALL the privilages yet do not have the success (trophies) that we do.
3. bammer, lsu, and florida hate us because we threaten their dominance. We are up and down, but when we are up....we win the SEC.
Overall, fanbases like to make excuses as to why they cannot compete. (We have a new coach, we have a new system, we have to compete with a bigger school nearby, etc)
Auburn deals with all of those issues, but still seems to fill the trophy case. In a word, its jealousy.
If Auburn behaved like they were supposed to behave, (go 8-3 or 9-2 and never win the SEC).. we would be loved.

Possibly. But not "easily". Many of the programs you just mentioned are on their way down. They pad their paltry All Time Win totals with their atrocious in(and out)of conference schedules. No one truly takes Nebraska, PSU, Michigan, or ND seriously these days.

Alabama/Florida/LSU have the crystal over that span though.

IMO I think that fans from other schools have started to see what Bama fans have known and said for 40 years, that "Auburn football is the luckiest team that exists."
Also you add to that the Scam Newton ordeal where Auburn got away with one of the most thrown in your face violations that ever took place. Auburn won a National Championship due to getting away with Scam Gate... The way a lot of the Auburn players have played the game with so little respect for the game and talk trash about it and just seem to get the lucky breaks at the right times.
IMO it has left a sour taste in A LOT of peoples thoughts about the Auburn Tiger programJMHO
