Why doesnt Bryant-Denny Stadium get the same respect as other venues in the SEC?

Is it just me or has it always seemed to lack in crowd noise and excitement? Is it the way the stadium was engineered or are there too many old people sitting in the good seats?
I would rank it near the bottom of the SEC with seating capacity over 80K.
Opinions?
P.S.
Please don't post your recent home record from the past 5 seasons...that's because you have better players. TIA

Honestly, I think it's because the women are ugly.

It's just too damn cheesy and not loud enough.
Fans going ape shite because Scott Cochran comes on the PA saying "YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAAAAAAH!!!", doesn't help much either.

Too many people sit on their arse in that stadium. That's why.

It was loud even before the expansions. Its not as loud as TS though. As far as aesthetics go, its probably the nicest looking stadium in the SEC. I really envy how nice their stadium looks from the outside.

Because it's impossible to have a good time watching a football game, I take it.

It doesn't have the history other SEC stadiums have because for years Bama played its biggest games in Birmingham.
Ive heard it just as loud as TS, BHG, etc., but point taken on consistency in the noise. It can sound like a library in there at times.

I've been on the field at Jordan-Hare when we played there in '08 I think and it got pretty loud.

So are we. Dealing with the idiots that boo if any little thing doesn't go their way is a bit much at times.
