I'm only 18 months in and I want to die. I don't know anything about 5PM days , we somehow can't make mission in the fricking Southeast. Not sure how that happens.

Yeah that's bad. I worked about 100 hrs a week and slept about 50 on my office couch. You guys should be tearing it up. I don't understand how USAREC has this problem & especially always behind in component & category (Tier 1 & Alpha percentage)

Retarded standards, emphasizing Alphas in what are very clearly Bravo markets. We can't write any Bravos in a month until we close the GSA mission for the phase line. USAREC has killed my desire to stay in. Our mission this year is fricking massive.

welcome to recruiting. It's stupid man, I hated it, but loved it. It's such a beast and experience, no one understands unless they've done it.

20 high schools, 1 community college, 6 counties in rural NW Arkansas. My boss was an hour away and command was in Kansas City. One man fighting hole.

Why sign an NLI at all? If you’re a top shelf guy, no need to. All it does is bind you to the school, it doesn’t bind the school to shite. Do like the UGA kid and not sign, just tell the coaches you’ll be there on the first day of practice. That way, if the coach leaves or you change your mind, you walk away with no penalty.

The signing day and all of the rules are because coaches can't help themselves. You want to offer that 8th grader? Go ahead, and sign that scholly away.
